    Suggested Recipe :

    Porcini and Truffle Risotto:

    1. Start by preparing a light vegetable broth.
    2. In a saucepan, fry a small, finely chopped onion in extra virgin olive oil until it becomes transparent.
    3. Add the rice and toast it for a few minutes, then start adding the hot broth little by little.
    4. Halfway through cooking, add the Porcini and Truffle Sauce, mixing well to blend the flavours.
    5. Continue cooking until the rice is al dente, then stir in a knob of butter and grated Parmigiano Reggiano.
    6. Serve the risotto piping hot, garnished with additional shavings of fresh truffle or a sprinkling of parmesan for a luxurious finishing touch.
