    Preparation:

    • 120 g of fresh gnocchi
    • 300 g of fresh ricotta
    • 1 egg
    • Fresh truffle flakes

    Preparation:

    • 400 g of champignon mushrooms
    • 650 g of potatoes
    • 80 g of leek
    • Parsley, garlic and paprika

    Preparation:
    Slice the leek and cut the potatoes. Brown the leek, add the potatoes and water and cook. Then blend. Brown the mushrooms with leek and garlic, and serve the cream soup with mushrooms and truffle flakes.

  • CREAMY FETTUCCINE WITH BLACK TRUFFLE

    For 2 people

    • 320 g of fresh fettuccine
    • 80 g of black truffle
    • 40 g of truffle butter
    • Pecorino, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

    Preparation:
    Clean and slice the truffle. Toast the fettuccine and cook them. In a pan, combine pepper, oil and truffle flakes. After cooking the fettuccine, stir them in the pan with the pecorino and the remaining truffle.

    • 4 eggs
    • 500 g of peeled tomatoes
    • Flaked truffle
    • Garlic, basil and grated cheese

    Preparation:
    Brown the garlic in oil, add the tomatoes and cook. Make a sauce, then cook the eggs in the tomato, finishing with basil, parmesan and truffle shavings.

    • Truffle oil

    Preparation:
    Cook the steak or Fiorentina on the grill to the desired doneness. Once ready, cut it into slices. Season the slices of hot meat with a drizzle of truffle oil. Complete the dish by scattering flakes of freshly cut truffle over the top. Serve immediately to best enjoy the intense and aromatic flavor of the truffle combined with the juicy meat.
